1. Onboarding & setup fees

One-time onboarding and verification fees are non-refundable once verification has begun.

2. Subscription plans

Monthly plan fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current cycle. You may cancel to stop future billing.

3. Message credits

Purchased message credits are non-refundable and non-transferable, but unused credits remain valid per your plan terms.

4. Exceptions

If we fail to deliver the service due to a fault solely on our side, contact support@msg99.in within 7 days and we'll review your case.
