Terms of Service

The terms governing your use of MSG99.

1. Acceptable use

You agree to use MSG99 only for lawful, opt-in messaging that complies with WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies, Meta's terms, and applicable Indian law (including TRAI/DLT and the IT Act). Sending unsolicited spam is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension.

2. Message credits

Credits are consumed per WhatsApp conversation pricing. Credits are non-transferable and, except as stated in our Refund Policy, non-refundable.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, sender number and the content you send, and for obtaining consent from your recipients.

4. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Delivery depends on Meta/WhatsApp infrastructure.

5. Limitation of liability

MSG99 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by Meta/WhatsApp against numbers that violate policy.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
